How quickly should I reach you for a return to be accepted?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship the product(s) back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you accept refunds, exchanges and cancellations?

All sales are final. We are unable to proffer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. You can contact us if you have any issues with your order.

What are the conditions for a return to be accepted?

Ensure that the product(s) are in their original condition. We will not be able to proceed in the event that the item(s) is(are) defective, spoiled, or not in its original condition. Also, do note that we do not accept returns on customised/personalised orders and sale items.
